Shipping Policy

Artwalk cannot, unfortunately, ship on Saturday or Sunday, though otherwise we are very prompt. You will be charged $25.00 for any shipment that is refused. Due to UPS restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes using their service. APO addresses must use USPS as means of delivery. Shipping costs are determined upon receipt of an order, and will be included in your email confirmation. All of our shipments are subject to stock availability, so we have integrated a warning system for our online inventory, but in case of a mistake we will inform you immediately via email and get to work immediately on getting restocked.

Should the shipment be drop ship or one-of-a-kind, we will contact you by means of email or telephone and decide the details with you personally.

Canceling Your Order

We understand that sometimes you simply can't purchase an item you previously thought you could. If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it. Send an email to us and be sure to include your name and address, or give us a phone call Mon-Sat from 10:00am to 6:00pm at 828 264-9998. A representative will promptly reply by email with your order status. Please have your order number handy for faster service. Regretfully, we cannot allow cancellations on special order items, but only on stocked items.

Return Policy

Products may be returned to Artwalk for replacement or refund within the specified amount of time from the invoice date. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable, due to their irreversible nature, and you are responsible for shipping costs of the return passage. Special order items may not be returned. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement unless otherwise directed by Art Walk.
