All of the Cute Critter Carvings were designed personally by Dennis and Christie Fye, who have been working on producing quality work since 1998. They only use standing dead pine that is seasoned to maturity, and carefully position the cracks to assure the highest quality possible. They also burn most of our carvings to achieve a rustic natural color, and then seal them with spar urethane with UV protection.

This item is about 12 inches tall and 6 by 7 inches at the base. Because they are done by hand, each item is going to be slightly different in terms of size and proportion, but Dennis and Christie do their best to keep the carvings relatively consistent.
